Information used to handle your enquiry
When you contact us, we may receive your name, telephone number, email address, vehicle registration, vehicle details, symptoms, messages and the location where work is requested. We use this information to answer your enquiry, assess the job, provide a quote, arrange and carry out work, and maintain appropriate service and financial records. Providing the information needed for a job is voluntary, but without it we may be unable to assess or arrange the work.
Why we use it
We use information to take steps at your request before a contract and to provide booked services. We may also need to retain records to meet legal obligations. Our legitimate interests include responding to enquiries, keeping service records, resolving queries and protecting our business and customers.

This website is hosted by GoDaddy, which may process technical information such as IP addresses and server logs to operate and protect the site. Email is handled through Google. If you choose WhatsApp or Facebook, your interaction is also governed by that provider’s privacy information. These services may process information internationally; their privacy notices explain the locations and transfer safeguards they use. Information is shared with service providers or advisers only where needed for the relevant service, administration or legal requirements.
How long information is kept
Retention depends on the purpose: whether an enquiry remains active, whether work has been booked or completed, and whether records are needed for accounting, disputes or other legal obligations. We retain relevant information for those purposes and remove it when no longer needed.
Your choices and rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict your personal information, and you may have a right to data portability. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it. Some records may need to be retained despite a request, and we will explain if that applies.

Website storage and cookies
WordPress and the hosting service may use storage needed for website operation, security and administrator login. No Google Analytics or Meta advertising pixel has been added as part of this launch build. This notice will need updating if analytics, advertising tracking, booking software or other services are introduced.
