2. Assess the vehicle
We assess the fault and filter condition, and look for related problems that could prevent a successful clean or cause the issue to return.
3. Clean where appropriate
Where cleaning is suitable, the service is carried out at your location. A damaged filter or an unresolved underlying fault may require repair or replacement instead. We explain the findings and discuss the options.
4. Explain the findings
You’ll receive clear advice about the next step and any associated repairs. Cleaning a filter alone cannot fix every reason for it becoming blocked.

What if my vehicle needs additional repairs?
£270 is the DPF assessment and cleaning offer where cleaning is suitable. It does not include additional parts or repairs. If the assessment shows that cleaning cannot go ahead, we’ll explain the findings and any applicable assessment charge before proceeding with further work.
Can you come to my home or workplace?
Yes, subject to coverage and a suitable, safe place to work with the vehicle owner’s permission. Send your postcode and location details when enquiring.
Will cleaning stop the fault returning?
That depends on the cause. Associated faults or unsuitable operating conditions may cause another blockage. We explain any findings and recommended repairs rather than promising that cleaning solves every DPF issue.
