What to tell us
Send the advert, registration, make and model, mileage and the seller’s location. Tell us about any known faults or concerns. The seller’s permission and suitable access are needed, and any road test depends on permission, insurance and safe conditions.
What happens at the assessment
We agree the inspection scope and price before booking. The assessment is limited to the access, checks and conditions agreed for that visit. We explain the findings and limitations so you can consider them alongside the history, documents and other buying checks.
Does an inspection guarantee the vehicle is fault-free?
No. It is a condition assessment at a particular time. It cannot reveal every hidden or intermittent fault, predict future reliability or replace vehicle-history and finance checks. Ask about the scope before booking so you know what will be covered.
